Information obtained from the Digital Adwise website

Personally identifiable information from visitors to the Digital Adwise website is only collected if it is volunteered to us by teachers. We do not collect personal information from pupils.

Personally identifiable information obtained from teachers using the Digital Adwise website may be used for the following purposes:

dealing with enquiries about Media Smart
acknowledgement of communications and/or participation in surveys, forums, bulletin boards, training, events
processing and fulfilment of orders
notification of functionality changes to the Digital Adwise website
notification of Digital Adwise or Media Smart developments
administration of competitions and on the Digital Adwise website
marketing and promotion of Media Smart or Digital Adwise

Media Smart will not make personal information collected from teachers available to any other company or ogranisation.

Aggregate statistics about the traffic patterns and related site information may be provided to third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.

Additional Uses

The personally identifiable information obtained from the Digital Adwise website may be used by Media Smart or by any successors of Media Smart for the purposes described above.

Media Smart reserves the right to pass on to third parties personally identifiable information relating to Digital Adwise users for the purpose of investigating any illegal or improper use or behaviour within Digital Adwise or Media Smart.
